Tiffany Downey brings 20+ years of experience working in the entertainment industry. Ms. Downey first came to the professional recording studio sector when she met Bruce Robb and joined Cherokee Studios to assist with some general business consulting and corporate reorganization. Her most noteworthy contribution was a leading role in the concept and execution of the conversion of their studios’ prime real estate on Fairfax Avenue into the future commercial-residential loft development “Lofts @ Cherokee Studios,” which pays homage to the historic relevance of the site with memorabilia, Gold records and building elements of the original studios. Most significantly, by partnering with the environmentally focused developer, REthink Development, the future structure is expecting a Green LEED Platinum certificate. With a business background that started at a young age working with her family’s manufacturing company, she combines her additional skills in product development, marketing, advertising, branding, promotions, publicity and sponsorship with her creative entertainment interests.
